Information we use

Website delivery and security. Our hosting provider, Wix, processes technical connection information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request details, to deliver pages, maintain the service and protect it against misuse.

Contact forms and messages. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, message and confirmation that you are at least 13. Submissions are stored in Wix Forms. We do not ask for your date of birth. If you email info@teamrygames.com or another TeamRy address, we receive your email address, the name you provide and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond and handle your request.

Careers applications. When you use our application form, we receive your name, email address, selected role, portfolio URL, short introduction and confirmation that you are at least 18. We do not ask for your date of birth. Applications are stored in Wix Forms. If you email careers@teamrygames.com, we receive the contact details, portfolio, relevant experience and other information you choose to send. We use this information to review your application and communicate with you about recruitment.

If you are under 13, ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

This website currently has no user accounts or checkout. TeamRy has not added advertising pixels to this website.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website, responding to enquiries and reviewing careers applications for these purposes. We rely on your consent for optional analytics, and on legal obligations where we must retain or disclose information by law.

Cookies and analytics

Essential technology supports website delivery, security and remembering your privacy choice. We use your browser’s local storage to remember your cookie preference. Your choice is valid for 180 days, unless you change it or clear your browser’s site data sooner. Expired preferences are removed when you return.

Optional Wix Analytics and its supporting session cookies are enabled only after you allow analytics. This also enables Wix’s functional-cookie category, which its analytics requires. These tools help us understand how the website is used. Depending on the report, they may include pages visited, session information, device and browser details, referring websites and approximate location derived from connection information. Wix and its service providers support this website’s hosting, delivery, security, analytics, and processing and storage of contact forms and careers applications. Our email service provider processes messages and careers applications sent to our contact addresses.

These services may process information in countries other than your own. Wix describes its processing locations and transfer arrangements in its list of service providers and privacy policy. We do not represent that all website information stays in the United States.

How long information stays

The 180-day period above applies to your saved cookie choice. Hosting, security and analytics records have separate retention periods under the relevant provider’s policies and service settings.

We keep form submissions, correspondence and careers applications as needed to handle your request or application and follow-up, and to meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us if you want information about retention or would like us to delete information associated with you.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, receive a copy, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.

Games and other websites

Our game links take you to Roblox. Once you follow a link, the destination’s privacy notices and terms apply. This website notice is separate from Roblox’s notices and from any privacy policy that applies to a TeamRy game.
